People residing in another municipality or abroad who are temporarily staying in Turin but are not yet eligible to establish residency here (for example, due to work, family, or study reasons) can request registration in the Temporary Population Register.
Registration is carried out upon request by the individual, who may also submit the application on behalf of any family members. The registration is granted after the necessary checks are completed.
